I don’t know exactly how I would feel about this had I played it in 2013 but today I really appreciate linear games with a no nonsense no filler breakneck pace in a sea of open world fatigue. FPS publishers nowadays expect you to play a game like it’s a full time job it seems. Multiple single player modes, unique game mechanics, isn’t janky and actually knows when to end and not overstay its welcome. I really wish more FPS games were like this. It’s one of those games that will age well because of the well executed, simple, yet fun game/gun play and timeless graphics. Just know that it’s very short, very linear and very “arcade-y”, not a knock on the game at all but don’t expect something where you can explore or interact with the world besides shooting at it. Action packed, well made, with an interesting narrative. Oh, and the big boobs in that Will Smith movie.
